The King’s Academy Adds Middle School Baseball Program

Category : Uncategorized

Recently, Adam Winters (Athletic Director) and The King’s Academy announced the addition of a boy’s middle school baseball team in the spring of 2010. This decision by the administration and the athletic department is a step of faith. The number of students interested in baseball and those that have tried out the past few years has solidified the decision.

As The King’s Academy adds this team, they are focused on making this addition a permanent program for the coming years. “We want the addition of the middle school baseball team to be an integral part of our program development and to withstand the test of time,” Winters said.

The addition of a team always brings new challenges and more details to administer. Winters and TKA will be finalizing details in the next few weeks.

The King’s Academy is a nationally recognized private Christian school serving approximately 1,200 students from preschool through twelfth grade and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the Association of Christian Schools International, and the Florida Association of Christian Schools.  The King’s Academy serves students and their families across Palm Beach County at its main campus at Belvedere Road and Sansbury Way in West Palm Beach and its satellite preschool campuses in Greenacres, Palm Beach Gardens, and Royal Palm Beach.
