The King’s Academy Announces After School Care for New School Year

Last year, The King’s Academy’s Elementary School expanded it extracurricular activities with a wide
range of fine arts and athletic opportunities for students in first through sixth grades. Reaction to
the new after school program was overwhelmingly positive with more than half of TKA’s elementary
students participating in at least one activity. TKA parents appreciated the new skills that their students
acquired as well as the convenience of on-campus after school supervision.

Beginning August 30, 2010, The King’s Academy is pleased to announce the resumption of its after school
program for the 2010-11 school year. Beginning with Fall Session I, first through sixth grade students at
The King’s Academy will be able to participate in the following activities:

  • Intramural Sports (including Flag Football, Multi-Sports, Soccer, and Basketball)
  • Cheerleading and Gymnastics
  • Dance
  • Drama
  • Golf
  • Tennis
  • Violin
